A wholesale operation based in the Footscray Markets in Melbourne, Vic Harvest is devoted exclusively to interstate produce sales of Victorian grown produce.

As a traditional market trader, Vic Harvest serves other market wholesalers in New South Wales and Queensland, as well as serving retail customers, especially in the heat of Australia's summer.

Victorian producers are able to take advantage of the milder southern climate to supply their products to the neighbouring states of New South Wales and Queensland.

Every transaction involves the statewide co-ordination of harvesting, pre-cooling and freight with interstate market times and client specifications so each sale is the result of operational strategies which suit the most stringent customer demands.
