The Costa Group has assembled a formidable Executive Team with a collective experience second to none in the procurement of fresh produce and perishable supply chain disciplines.

The Costa Executive provides the company with a level of professionalism and industry insight that truly differentiates the Costa Group from other organizations. The team is comprised of key leaders with extensive experience working alongside retail customers and certified professional logisticians familiar with deploying and supporting large scale distribution networks, both locally and internationally.

Simon J. Costa MBA Group Managing Director Simon J. Costa was appointed Managing Director and a member of the Costa Board of Directors in May 2004. He is responsible for the company's vision, strategic direction, operational management and the overall ‘character’ and well being of the organization. Since joining the company in 1993, Simon has held senior positions in both the trading and logistics areas of the Costa Group. In 2001 he was appointed Chief Operating Officer, responsible for business growth across the company, both domestically and internationally, targeting new product lines and new industry sectors. Simon also played a key role in initiating, implementing and maintaining world class operating systems across the Costa Group. Simon has a Masters degree in Business Administration from Monash University.
